What kind of maintenance will I need to do?
In sandblasting, wear occurs on the nozzles, hoses, and valves. The hose is the primary component to monitor, as it requires regular maintenance. Fortunately, replacement is both inexpensive and straightforward.
Boron Carbide nozzles are highly durable and only need replacement after prolonged use. Conversely, ceramic nozzles wear out more quickly, but their need for replacement will become apparent during use.
Proper handling of your sandblaster minimizes the need for additional maintenance. Over time, friction from the blasting material may cause some valves to require replacement. This process is simple and cost-effective. After blasting, it is essential to release the pressure from the pot to complete the maintenance.
Where can I buy replacement parts?
Purchase replacement parts from our Online Store at any time. We offer same-day shipping or, at the latest, next-day shipping for most items, ensuring a quick turnaround.
