Return Policy

Introduction

At Coanda Air, we strive to provide high-quality products and exceptional customer service. We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary, and we have outlined our return policy below to ensure a smooth and transparent process.

Eligibility for Returns (14 Day Period)

  1. Time Frame: Returns are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  2. Condition: The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  1. Custom-made or special-order products.
  2. Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
  3. Items not purchased directly from Coanda Air.

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at info@coandaair.com to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This number must be included with your return.

  3. Shipping: Pack the product securely in its original packaging. Include all manuals, accessories, and any other items received with the product. Ship the product to the address that will be provided to you.

    Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds and Exchanges

  1. Inspection: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria.
  2. Refund: If the return is approved, a refund for the cost of the product(s) will be processed to the original payment method. Shipping costs, both for the original delivery and return, are non-refundable. Please allow some days for the refund to appear on your statement.
  3. Exchange: If you prefer an exchange, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Coanda Air, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our products or services. This limitation of liability applies to the fullest extent permitted by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
