Warranty Coverage

Covered Component:
This warranty applies exclusively to the Coanda sandblaster pot, which is warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (12 months) from the date of purchase by the original purchaser.

Warranty Service:
In the event of a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, Coanda will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective sandblaster pot. If a replacement is not available, Coanda may opt to refund the purchase price.

Warranty Exclusions

This warranty does not cover the following circumstances:

Non-Covered Situations:

  • Damage from misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents.
  • Repairs or modifications by unauthorized personnel or facilities.
  • Damage resulting from improper installation or setup.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Lack of maintenance or improper care.
  • Damage due to criminal activity, natural disasters, or other external factors.
  • Incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products.

Important Note: The warranty coverage is strictly limited to the sandblaster pot. The pot is covered under warranty for one year, even if used under normal circumstances. The warranty does not apply to any other components or accessories used with the sandblaster.

Liability Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Coanda shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use our products. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for personal injury, property damage, loss of business or profits, business interruption, or any other pecuniary loss, even if Coanda has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The remedies provided under this warranty are the exclusive remedies available to the original purchaser and are in lieu of all other remedies, express or implied. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Prepaid Shipping:
The customer must return the defective product or component with prepaid shipping costs. Coanda does not cover the cost of shipping to our facility.

2. Proof of Purchase:
Include proof of the purchase date, such as a receipt, with the warranty claim.

3. Explanation of Issue:
Provide a detailed explanation of the defect or issue encountered with the product.

Inspection and Resolution

Upon receipt of the product, our team will inspect it to determine the nature of the defect:

  • Confirmed Defects: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, Coanda will repair or replace the sandblaster pot at no additional cost. We will also cover the return shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product.
  • Non-Warranty Repairs: If the defect is determined not to be covered by this warranty, we will notify the customer. The customer will be responsible for the costs associated with the return shipping of the product.
